Terms of Return

Our return policy applies to all training programs and materials purchased directly from SpiritWise. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned items. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

For those who have enrolled in a live training program, we understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 14 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program will not be eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another individual or reschedule for a future session.
